Ever wonder what the average price of a home in your area of Broward County is? I have listings all over the area and I love to challenge the limits, both on the upper end and the lower end. Just because I am one of the top sellers in the area doesn't mean that I want to leave anyone out.

Sometimes people think I just list high end real estate in Broward County and Fort lauderdale. That is just not true! I have homes from less than $300,000 to over $1,000,000. The town is your oyster as far as I'm concerned. Everyone gets treated the same because your smile is what I want to see. so when I was sorting through the local Sun-Sentinel paper and came across the option for you to pick your neighborhood and find out what the average price of a home is in that area and the average family income is, I just jumped at the opportunity to let you in on the well kept secrets of the real estate market. Why should we be able to know all the facts of a particular area when it's not us that wants to buy and sell in Broward County.
