Ebay isn't the only place to find a great real estate deal

I love eBay. You can find just about anything you want for sale there. Even a town. Bridgeville, California was the first town to be sold on eBay. Can you imagine that? An entire town. There are 8 houses, a post office, and a cafe there that went with the 83 acres inside the town limits. It hasn't had much luck, however. I am not sure why it was sold the first or second time, but now it is on the eBay auction site again due to the second owner committing suicide. I feel so bad that the owner, a 26 year old entertainment manager and college student felt he had to go that route for any reason. It makes me sad. but I love the unique idea of finding a town for sale on eBay. How intriguing.

Although eBay is a great place to find a really good deal, you don't have to go to such extremes here in Fort Lauderdale. The real estate market right now is just ripe for the picking. I can show you some great investment property in just about any part of Fort Lauderdale you want to invest in. There are some really up and coming neighborhoods that have investment property that are perfect for generating revenue. There are 2 ways to invest in real estate. they are simple and not too stressful if you do it right.

Buy real estate property with the intentions of improving it and selling it right away for a nice profit.
buy real estate property, rent it, and enjoy the equity build up.
