Are you a first time home buyer?  Ever wonder what it is going to take to get the job done to buy your first home?  Well, you're in luck next month because Broward County will have a first time home buyer's seminar to help you work out all the kinks and ask the experts all the questions you want.  It will be held April 26th @ 6:30 pm.  Stay tuned  for more information.

A first time buyer is defined as a potential buyer that has not owned the home they have lived in for the last 3 years.  So if you fit into that category, you are in all kinds of luck.  The seminar will answer all your questions about:

  • first time home buyer financing,
  • insurance,
  • taxes, and
  • down payments

The seminar is open to the public and is not limited to just first time home buyers.  Anyone is welcome.  Other topics of interest at the first time home buyers seminar will include but are not limited to:

  • "How do I purchase a home with zero down?",
  • "What kind of loan is best for me?",
  • "Are there any lease options that might work better for me right now?",
  • "What is my credit score and how does it affect my ability to purchase a home?",
  • "What is a FHA loan and do I qualify?",
  • "What can Broward County do for me if I chose to buy in Broward County?"

So stop by and learn everything you can about the whole home buying experience and take advantage of all the expertise that will be available to you.
