I love my city and thought I would share some of the more prevalent statistics of my beloved Fort Lauderdale. It is a wonderful place to live and I am blessed every day that I and my family are allowed to continue to live here. Female - 53.2%
Single - 46.1%
Married - 53.9%
Families - 20.2%

I found the stats on Fort Lauderdale mortgages very interesting.

59% have only a first mortgage
16% have both a first mortgage and a second mortgage or equity loan
