Need another reason to choose me, Christine Adler, and the Adler Team as your Realtor®? How about quality … there are so many reasons why the Adler team and I can serve your needs better than anyone else in Broward County that we wanted to highlight just a few.

I have been working in the real estate industry for over 20 years. There is nothing better than a bucket full of experience and the Adler team has it.

You won’t find that I am just an exceptional Realtor® who can give you what you need in real estate, I am also a certified real estate Broker for the state of Florida. This means that I have the training and certification to run my own real estate firm. Why does this matter? Let me show you how this makes me and the Adler team the perfect match for what you need.

  • I have the training to have my own real estate firm as a real estate Broker. This means that I would be responsible for all that my team does. As it stands right now, I have chosen to remain a Broker Associate for Remax.
  • I opted to go further and wanted the training and certification of a real estate Broker so that I could better serve your needs in a more efficient manner by fully understanding all of the facets of real estate inside – out.
  • By choosing to remain a Broker Associate for Remax, I have chosen to put my time and effort into giving you the best of my abilities without watering down my responsibilities. I don’t have to handle the hassle of a firm. I let Remax help me with that. Fort Lauderdale has been able to take full advantage of my skills because of it.

So what is all the fuss about? Let’s look at the real difference between and Realtor® and a real estate Broker and see why my detailed training should matter to you?

  • A Realtor® is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is held to a higher code of conduct. They can show you listings and help you find your perfect dream home here in Fort Lauderdale and Broward County.
  • A real estate Broker is required to have more extensive education and training and is responsible for all real estate sales.
  • A real estate Broker can sell your home by themselves and take responsibility for the sale. A Realtor® must sell your home but the sale is placed in the real estate broker’s name with whom the Realtor® is associated with.

All this technical stuff means that I care enough about you to want to help you get into the home of your dreams and I don’t want to take time away from my schedule to take care of the headache a firm of my own would require. I want to spend all my time taking care of you and I like the working relationship I have with Remax so much that I have decided to let them take care of the headache for me. I  did, however, want to make sure I can give you the full fledge service you deserve so I took the classes and passed my real estate Broker training with flying colors. There is no aspect of real estate that I and the  Adler team can’t handle for you.

So take advantage of a fabulous Realtor® + real estate Broker all rolled into one. We look forward to hearing from you and showing you how the Adler team is the one stop, full service real estate team that you just can’t get anywhere else in Broward County.
