So here is another good reason to use me and the Adler team as your realtor of choice here in Broward County. You can avoid another embarrassing lawsuit like Jerry Seinfeld has just lost in New York. Turns out, he had signed with Tamara Cohen to find him and his wife a home in New York City. Jerry Seinfeld found a townhouse in Manhattan that he wanted to see and she didn’t call him back in time. So he and his wife went to look at it anyway. They contacted the home owner and put in an offer to the owner that Sunday. He said that since she didn’t actually show the town home to them, he didn’t want to pay her a commission on the $3.95 million townhouse. She sued him and won in court. The judge said that the Seinfeld’s did enter into a contract with Cohen and owed her the commission since the sale had to go through a broker. I have never lost a customer nor had a customer be dissatisfied due to my lack of attention. I am sure that Tamara Cohen didn’t want to make Jerry Seinfeld unhappy either. I’m not sure what happened but I promise to always give you the attention and fabulous service you deserve. I know Fort Lauderdale and Broward County inside-out. When a new property comes available, I am right here to show it to you if it meets your desire for a new home. Jerry Seinfeld wanted immediate attention. I can give you that. So Jerry, if you want to relocate to Broward County, I am the one to call. And for you, all my friends out there, I can slip you into the perfect glass slipper f a home as well. Just let me know what you need and we at the Adler team will find it for you. That puts you in the same company as Jerry Seinfeld, without a lawsuit of course, and that should bring you a smile.
