I might be showing my age here but does anybody remember "Could it be Forever" or "I think I love you"? I do and David Cassidy was the teen idol of the 70's without a doubt! I can remember all the hullabaloo about him and watched all my friends swoon! Are you feeling nostalgic yet? Those were the good old days when all you had to do was sit in front of the TV and watch the Partridge family just to see David get into mischief and hear him sing. By the way, did you know that David Cassidy's real life Step-Mom was Shirley Jones? Guess he really did have to mind his mom on-set and off. Remember all the sold out concerts he had? I never went, of course, but man could he make a teenager scream!

So what does David Cassidy have to do with real estate? Nothing ... except that in February of 2001, he moved right here to Fort Lauderdale with his beautiful wife/super model, Susan. David has two children, Katie and Beau, both love and adore their dad. Katie has a nice little career budding as well in TV, movies, and music.

So where did he move to exactly? Right on the beaches of our famous Fort Lauderdale beaches, of course! All he has to do to enjoy the ocean breeze is walk out his front door and down the street to see beautiful blue water and feel sand in his toes. I love the beach and the Adler team has tons of beachfront properties for you to choose from. According to Answers.com, he loves going boating on Mayan Lake, Sylvan Lake, and Lake Mabel. So while you are there, keep your eye out for the heart throb of the 70's, David Cassidy. Besides, you never know who you might wind up seeing here in the Fort Lauderdale area.
