It seems like every time I turn around, there is another recall or an announcement from a toy distributor like Toys-R-Us that gives you a fright and makes all parents relook at their toy chest. Every time I turn around, I see all the news bout the housing crisis. I am not going to say that we are smelling roses in real estate but I will tell you that now is not the time to sit on your behind and wait for prices to drop. Even the doom-til-doomesday news media has reported that home prices rose 0.1% from the first quarter according to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversite. Granted, 0.1% isn't something to call home about but it is at least moving in the right direction.

I just love top 10 lists. They are clear, concise, and to the point. Yesterday I told you that the market numbers show Florida in a real estate slump. Don't stress over that, the numbers have a way of working themselves out. I have no doubt that we will be back on top in the numbers soon. But that leads me to an interesting top 10 list of why it is the perfect time to buy and sell real estate in Florida.
