So our own Miami Dolphins' Jason Taylor is doing quite well on Dancing with the Stars so far. Looks like he will continue on to the next week of competition. Who would have known that a huge NFL defensive end would be able to move like that! Looks like Jason isn't the only one dancing these days though. It seems that the housing market enjoyed a turn for the better by 3%. I know it isn't a trend but it feels good to hear something positive for a change. So how about you and your home? Do you have one on the market that you can't sell? I could tell you that we could sell it for you, and we can, but I would rather show you some good ways to help yourself. Maybe from that you will know we are trustworthy and are here to help in any way we can.
So why not dance around your home with a "SOLD" sign in the yard if you do just the little extra things that will make your home stand out. Good luck. Talk to you later, Christine

Every time I turn around, I see all the news bout the housing crisis. I am not going to say that we are smelling roses in real estate but I will tell you that now is not the time to sit on your behind and wait for prices to drop. Even the doom-til-doomesday news media has reported that home prices rose 0.1% from the first quarter according to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversite. Granted, 0.1% isn't something to call home about but it is at least moving in the right direction.

There was a great article at Times.com from Michael Kinsley yesterday that brings an interesting point of view on the current housing bubble bust. I always get a little edgy when I hear about how the real estate market is tanking when I'm not sitting on my duff. However, let's look at the common view points on both sides of the real estate market coin.

I just love top 10 lists. They are clear, concise, and to the point. Yesterday I told you that the market numbers show Florida in a real estate slump. Don't stress over that, the numbers have a way of working themselves out. I have no doubt that we will be back on top in the numbers soon.
