So our own Miami Dolphins' Jason Taylor is doing quite well on Dancing with the Stars so far. Looks like he will continue on to the next week of competition. Who would have known that a huge NFL defensive end would be able to move like that! Looks like Jason isn't the only one dancing these days though. It seems that the housing market enjoyed a turn for the better by 3%. I know it isn't a trend but it feels good to hear something positive for a change. So how about you and your home? Do you have one on the market that you can't sell? I could tell you that we could sell it for you, and we can, but I would rather show you some good ways to help yourself. Maybe from that you will know we are trustworthy and are here to help in any way we can.

Today is sort of an odd affair. We have been asked to evacuate certain areas of Palm Beach due to Tropical Storm Noel and yet we still put on our costumes and celebrate Halloween. How odd to spend the day looking towards the sky through a mask. So much like real estate, I have to blink.

I know this sounds funny coming from me, but you should really be able to trust your Realtor above and beyond when you are trying to buy or sell your home. Everyone says that but no one really tells you why. So I thought I would go over some trickery and best kept secrets that some Realtors don't want you to think about or know. I do and that's why I am tell you. I just hate to hear of bad real estate deals that go wrong because of a greedy real estate agent. You will never get that here. I promise and stake my name and reputation on it.

I just love top 10 lists. They are clear, concise, and to the point. Yesterday I told you that the market numbers show Florida in a real estate slump. Don't stress over that, the numbers have a way of working themselves out. I have no doubt that we will be back on top in the numbers soon. But that leads me to an interesting top 10 list of why it is the perfect time to buy and sell real estate in Florida.
