Welcome back for our top 10 series. We have looked at several top 10’s this week and our last one is the best of all. Ironically, I am in love with this top 10 list for the day. It is my favorite. Have I enticed you enough or did you get it from the title? So here are the top 10 most expensive homes in the US according to Forbes. Notice that our own Palm Beach is on the top. But we will talk about that tomorrow. There are several ties so look slowly.

$125 million in Palm Beach, Fl. – Donald Trump’s Palm Beach mansion has 80,00o square feet of space but has not been lived in so you can do what you want with it.
$75 million in Corona del Mar, Ca.– The Portabello Estate has 30,000 square feet with a nautilus shell design that faces the ocean.
$75 million in Corona del Mar, Ca.– The second in Corona del Mar, Ca location is a waterfront lot that has great views of the Pacific Ocean with a private beach.
$75 million in BridgeHampton, NY $75 million – The Three Ponds estate has 60 acres in the prized area of the Hamptons. It has it’s own golf course, a swimming pool, and a guest house.

$55 million in New York, NY – I love renaissance mansions that just exude class. 14 feet ceilings and over 20,000 square feet grace the Upper East Side and was built in 1896 when they knew how to build solid and elegance into any residence. They out did themselves here.
