According to the news, Florida is the #1 state in foreclosures. According to the article from the Sun-Sentinel, Americans are falling into some form of foreclosure 33% faster than they did last year. This came from Realty Trac. Florida had 19,144 homes entering the foreclosure process in the month of February, followed by California and Texas. Our very own Broward County had over 2000 homes in some form of foreclosure in February.
As a seller, I am so sorry that you need to get out of your home fast, but I have buyers that are willing to pay cash for your home immediately. So I can help you out of a bad situation and hopefully save you some equity in the foreclosure process.
What does that mean for you as a potential buyer? Easy as 123. Let me explain.
- Foreclosures are more available today than last month. You have so many choices and I can help you navigate through the process to find you the perfect home.
- Foreclosures mean a great deal for both the buyer and seller. The seller wants to stay out of full fledged foreclosure and I want to get you into the greatest home for you at the best price. I am not so much worried about the commission as I am keeping you happy. That’s my goal, to make you happy. There is nothing better than seeing you smile when you move in.
- Foreclosures give you the advantage of getting a nicer home than you might expect to afford. I would never let you get into a situation where you can’t afford to stay in your new home. That would do neither of us any good. So if the only way I can get you into your dream home is through a foreclosure, then let’s deal!
So, maybe the news that Florida is #1 in foreclosures isn’t such a bad news story after all. See you tomorrow.
