Jun 25 Why new construction is so special
by: Christine
I was interested to read the article in the Sun-Sentinel about how there should be a resurge of leatherback turtles here in Southern Florida. So far, there have been 39 nests found on our gorgeous Broward County shores. The record number of nests is 41 set back in 1997. What a special time of year to get to participate, even if just by living here, in the addition of such amazing creatures. According to the article, there are 5 species of turtles that nest in Florida: loggerhead, green, leatherback, hawksbill, and Kemp's ridley. Did you know that? I didn't. But what does that have to do with real estate anyway? Do we have to talk about reproduction here? Of course we do. It's all about finding and selling that new real estate addition to the family. Did you know that there are over 100 new communities available to check out. There is nothing more refreshing than to walk into a new home or condominium and know that you are the first one to:
I love that part of new construction. What I love best is selling a family a new home and watching them enjoy the new photos that go up with each passing year. Eventually, new families usually outgrow their new home and need a bigger place for whatever reason. That is the beauty of doing a good job with my clients - repeat business. New construction lets me get to know you on an even more personal level sometimes because I can watch you pick out everything from the wall color to the mailbox. So come on over and let me show you all that Broward County and Fort Lauderdale has to offer in the way of new construction. It's a growing way to experience life fresh and new all over again. Talk to you later, Christine Meta Data |
